建議先使用 LocationLab Pairing Assistant。若無法完成配對，可改用第三方開源工具 idevice_pair；我們已在 Mac 與 Windows 實測搭配 LocationLab 使用。不同系統與裝置仍可能有相容性差異。

Start with LocationLab Pairing Assistant. If pairing fails, the third-party open-source tool idevice_pair is an alternative. We have tested it with LocationLab on Mac and Windows; compatibility can still vary by system and device.

  1. 從原作者下載頁選擇適合電腦系統的版本。Mac 依下載說明安裝；Windows 請先依原作者說明準備 Apple 裝置連線元件（目前說明列出 iTunes）。不要因為換工具就關閉整體安全防護。
  2. 使用可傳輸資料的 USB 線接上自己的 iPhone，解鎖並核准「信任這部電腦」。本教學採電腦 USB 配對；LocationLab 仍需要 iOS 26 或更新版本與開發者模式。
  3. 開啟 idevice_pair，選擇這支 iPhone。若可選擇檔案類型，請選 Remote pairing（RPPairing），不是 Lockdown，再使用建立配對檔功能。操作名稱可能隨工具版本不同。
  4. 完成後，若版本提供 Validate，可先驗證，再選 Save to file 儲存到電腦。
  5. 以你控制的安全本機傳輸方式（例如 Mac 的 AirDrop）將檔案移至同一支 iPhone，再用 LocationLab 的檔案選擇器匯入最新檔案；不需要選擇其他 App 的專用匯入按鈕。
  6. 讓 iPhone 連上 Wi‑Fi，在 LocationLab 建立連線、設定測試位置，再測試「恢復真實位置」，並到 Apple 地圖確認。

檔名不同是正常的，不必重新命名。重點是檔案內容、配對類型與對應的 iPhone；改名不會把錯誤類型的檔案變成可用配對檔。若重新產生檔案，請匯入最新的一份。

配對成功不代表所有設定都已完成：開發者模式、裝置所需的開發支援資源及 Wi‑Fi 連線仍需就緒。若是 USB、驅動或下載網路問題，改用工具也不一定能解決；可回到本頁的連線排查步驟。

請勿分享配對檔：不要上傳至公開雲端、LINE 社群、支援信箱或第三方表單。idevice_pair 由第三方維護；本頁只連結原作者，不重新封裝，也不保證所有版本與裝置均適用。

  1. Download the appropriate build from the author. Follow its Mac installation instructions. On Windows, prepare the Apple device connectivity components specified by the author (currently iTunes). Do not disable system-wide security protections to use an alternative tool.
  2. Connect your own iPhone with a data-capable USB cable, unlock it, and approve Trust This Computer. This guide uses USB pairing with a computer. LocationLab still requires iOS 26 or later and Developer Mode.
  3. Select the iPhone in idevice_pair. If a file-type choice is shown, choose Remote pairing (RPPairing), not Lockdown, then create the pairing file. Control names may vary by version.
  4. If available, use Validate to check the result, then choose Save to file to save it to your computer.
  5. Transfer the file securely to the same iPhone using a local method you control, such as AirDrop from a Mac. Import the newest file through LocationLab’s file picker; do not use a button intended for another app.
  6. Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi. In LocationLab, establish the connection, set a test location, then test Restore Real Location and verify it in Apple Maps.

A different filename is normal. No renaming is needed.What matters is the file contents, pairing type, and matching iPhone. Renaming an incompatible file does not make it valid. If you generate a new file, import the newest one.

Successful pairing does not complete every setup step: Developer Mode, required device development resources, and Wi‑Fi must still be ready. Switching tools may not resolve USB, driver, or download-network issues; see the connection troubleshooting below.

Keep pairing files private. Never upload them to public cloud storage, the LINE community, support email, or third-party forms. idevice_pair is maintained independently. We link to the author without repackaging it and do not guarantee every release or device combination.

找不到「開發者模式」？

如果 iPhone 的「設定 → 隱私權與安全性」尚未顯示開發者模式，可使用本頁對應電腦平台的 LocationLab 開發者模式助理。macOS 版支援 macOS 14 或更新版本的 Apple Silicon Mac；Windows 試行版支援 Windows 10／11 x64。兩者都不需 Xcode，也不需登入 Apple ID。

  1. 以 USB 接上並解鎖 iPhone。
  2. 在 iPhone 核准「信任這部電腦」。
  3. 在助理中按「在 iPhone 顯示開發者模式」。
  4. 回到 iPhone 的「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 開發者模式」，打開開關並允許重新啟動。
  5. 開機後點選「開啟」並輸入 iPhone 密碼確認。

需要你在 iPhone 上確認：此工具只要求 iOS 顯示設定選項，不會替你開啟開發者模式、略過重新啟動或代替確認。它只和 USB iPhone 通訊，不傳送 analytics，也不建立、匯出或上傳 LocationLab 配對檔。

Windows 10／11 x64 試行版

Windows 版提供兩個獨立設定工具，不需要 Xcode 或 Apple ID。請先依 Apple 官方說明安裝並開啟 Apple Devices，將 ZIP 完整解壓縮，再以 USB 接上、解鎖 iPhone 並核准「信任」。

目前是試行版：Windows 工具仍在小規模裝置相容性測試，且尚未簽署；Windows SmartScreen 可能顯示警告。請只從本頁下載並核對 SHA-256。

Pairing Assistant 只將新檔寫入 Windows 的「下載」資料夾；配對內容與完整 UDID 不會顯示、寫入記錄或上傳。請以你控制的本機方式將最新檔案移至同一支 iPhone，勿使用公開雲端、郵件、社群平台或支援表單。

第一次使用

  1. 在 iPhone 開啟 Developer Mode；若選項未顯示，先使用對應平台的開發者模式助理。
  2. 使用 macOS 14+ Apple Silicon Mac，或已安裝 Apple Devices 的 Windows 10／11 x64 PC；以 USB 接上並解鎖 iPhone，核准「信任這部電腦」。
  3. 下載並開啟對應平台的 LocationLab Pairing Assistant，取得該 iPhone 專屬的配對檔。macOS 版已公證；Windows 版目前為未簽署的 Pilot。
  4. 將檔案移至同一支 iPhone，使用 LocationLab 的檔案選擇器匯入。
  5. 拔除 USB，保持 Wi‑Fi 連線；選擇位置後即可開始測試。

重要：配對檔是敏感的裝置信任資料。請勿透過支援郵件、公開雲端硬碟、社群平台或第三方表單傳送。若再次建立配對檔，請立即在 LocationLab 匯入最新檔案；先前建立的檔案可能不再有效。

為什麼需要 Wi‑Fi？

LocationLab 建立或重建本機安全連線時，需要 iPhone 保持 Wi‑Fi 連線。這不代表位置資料會送往外部伺服器。既有路線有時可在切換至行動網路後繼續；若需要重新連線，仍必須回到 Wi‑Fi。

顯示「配對缺少」

  • 確認匯入的是這支 iPhone 專屬的最新配對檔。
  • 重新匯入不會把配對檔上傳到開發者。
  • 若曾再次執行 Pairing Assistant，舊檔可能已失效，請匯入最後建立的檔案。
  • 若重設過信任設定、清除 iPhone 或變更配對關係，請重新使用 Pairing Assistant 產生檔案。

本機連線無法就緒

  • 確認 Developer Mode 已開啟，且 iPhone 已連接 Wi‑Fi。
  • 保持 iPhone 解鎖，回到 LocationLab 後按「修復連線」；若仍失敗，再使用「重建本機連線」。
  • 若仍顯示 LL-212，前往「設定 → 一般 → VPN 與裝置管理 → VPN」，只刪除 LocationLab Local Tunnel，不要刪除 LocationLab 或配對檔。重新啟動 iPhone、連上 Wi‑Fi 並開啟 LocationLab，再允許它重新加入 VPN 設定。
  • 若問題持續，請分享 App 內已遮蔽的支援報告；回報時附上參考代碼、App 版本、iOS 版本與發生時間，切勿附上配對檔。

位置沒有恢復

先在 LocationLab 按「清除／恢復真實位置」，再開啟 Apple Maps 確認。若本機連線需要重建，請先回到 Wi‑Fi 後重試。極少數情況下，iOS 可能需要一些時間重新取得 GPS；請移到能接收定位訊號的位置。不要在真實位置恢復前進行導航、位置分享、緊急或安全相關操作。

App 關閉後路線仍在移動

這可能是正常現象：位置路線可能由背景服務繼續執行。重新開啟 LocationLab 會同步目前狀態；需要停止時，使用「清除／恢復真實位置」。

聯絡支援

請寄信至 [email protected]，附上 App 版本、iOS 版本、問題時間、畫面上的 `LL-xxx` 代碼及可重現步驟。請勿附上配對檔、完整 UDID、密碼、金鑰或其他秘密資料。

Developer Mode is missing?

If Developer Mode does not appear under Settings > Privacy & Security, use the LocationLab Developer Mode Assistant for your computer platform. The macOS release supports Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or later; the Windows pilot supports Windows 10/11 x64. Neither requires Xcode or an Apple ID sign-in.

  1. Connect and unlock the iPhone over USB.
  2. Approve Trust This Computer on the iPhone.
  3. Click Show Developer Mode on iPhone in the assistant.
  4. On the iPhone, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Developer Mode, turn it on, and allow the restart.
  5. After restart, tap Enable and enter the iPhone passcode to confirm.

Confirm on your iPhone: the utility only asks iOS to reveal the setting. It cannot enable Developer Mode for you, bypass the restart, or approve the final confirmation. It communicates only with the USB iPhone, sends no analytics, and does not create, export, or upload a LocationLab pairing file.

Windows 10/11 x64 pilot

The Windows release provides two separate setup utilities without requiring Xcode or an Apple ID. First follow Apple's instructions to install and open Apple Devices. Fully extract the ZIP, then connect and unlock the iPhone over USB and approve Trust.

Pilot status: the Windows utilities are still in limited device-compatibility testing and are not yet signed, so Windows SmartScreen may warn. Download them only from this page and verify SHA-256.

Pairing Assistant writes the new file only to Windows Downloads. Pairing contents and the full UDID are never displayed, logged, or uploaded. Move the newest file to the same iPhone using a local method you control; do not use public cloud storage, email, social media, or a support form.

Getting started

  1. Enable Developer Mode on the iPhone. If the setting is missing, first use the Developer Mode Assistant for your platform.
  2. Use an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later, or a Windows 10/11 x64 PC with Apple Devices installed. Connect and unlock the iPhone over USB, then approve Trust.
  3. Download and open the LocationLab Pairing Assistant for your platform to create the device-specific pairing file. The macOS release is notarized; the Windows release is currently an unsigned pilot.
  4. Move the file to the same iPhone and import it with LocationLab's file picker.
  5. Disconnect USB, keep Wi‑Fi connected, choose a position, and begin testing.

Important: A pairing file is sensitive device trust material. Never send it through support email, public cloud storage, social media, or a third-party form. If you create another pairing file, import the newest file into LocationLab immediately; previously created files may no longer work.

Why is Wi‑Fi required?

LocationLab needs the iPhone to remain connected to Wi‑Fi when it creates or rebuilds its secure local connection. This does not mean location data is sent to an external server. An existing route may sometimes continue after switching to cellular; Wi‑Fi is still required if the connection must be rebuilt.

Pairing is missing

  • Make sure the imported pairing file is the newest file for this iPhone.
  • Re-importing does not upload the pairing file to the developer.
  • If Pairing Assistant was run again, the older file may no longer work. Import the last file it created.
  • If trust settings were reset, the iPhone was erased, or the pairing relationship changed, create a new file with Pairing Assistant.

Local connection is not ready

  • Confirm that Developer Mode is enabled and the iPhone is connected to Wi‑Fi.
  • Keep the iPhone unlocked, return to LocationLab, and tap Repair Connection. If it still fails, use Rebuild Local Connection.
  • If LL-212 remains, open Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN and remove only LocationLab Local Tunnel. Do not delete LocationLab or the pairing file. Restart the iPhone, reconnect to Wi‑Fi, open LocationLab, and allow it to add the VPN configuration again.
  • If the issue continues, share the redacted in-app support report. Include the reference, app version, iOS version, and time, but never attach the pairing file.

The real location has not returned

Tap Clear / Restore Real Location in LocationLab, then check Apple Maps. If the local connection needs to be rebuilt, reconnect to Wi‑Fi and retry. In rare cases, iOS may need time to reacquire GPS; move to a place with a usable location signal. Do not use navigation, location sharing, emergency services, or other safety-critical features until the real location is restored.

The route continues after the app closes

This can be expected: a route may continue through a background service. Reopen LocationLab to synchronize the current state. Use Clear / Restore Real Location when you want it to stop.

Contact support

Email [email protected] with the app version, iOS version, time of the issue, any on-screen `LL-xxx` reference, and reproduction steps. Do not attach pairing files, a full UDID, passwords, keys, or other secrets.
